Unicorn specializes in the design and development of construction solutions, engineering applications, material management, training of end users and technical support. We are committed to provide all the deliverables within the deadline and, more importantly, according to the client’s requirement.
Our work proceeds through stages consisting of the pre-project meeting, planning, designing and finally construction.
Our methodology is a modular, incremental and recursive development process, with our Customer Relation Officer working with the client and their stakeholders. Client feedback shapes the result, and technology transfer is part of our work.
We derive different possible systems, visualize each system’s response to the loads acting on it, then test, compare and refine until the best system is achieved. Analysis and design output is cross-checked before it becomes drawings, balancing safety, serviceability, aesthetics, economy and durability.
We provide maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance programs, and arrange training related to the client’s trade and technology, operational techniques and the maintenance of plant and equipment.
