M/S M.QUASEEM & CO. was registered as a proprietorship company in 1967 at DHAKA – East Pakistan, and started civil contracting business with WAPDA.
After the fall of Dhaka, the company was again registered in the same capacity under the laws of Pakistan in 1974 at Karachi.
In 1995, after the next generation entered the family business, the company was re-registered as a partnership firm under the laws of Pakistan at Karachi, and business activities were further enhanced to include electrical contracts, import, export, marble mining etc.
In 2006, after the sudden demise of the company founder, the construction and contracting business was transferred to his elder son, and the set up was again re-registered in 2006 as UNICORN INTERNATIONAL, a proprietary company under the laws of Pakistan.
In early 2010, the company was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under the name and style of UNICORN SOLUTIONS (PVT) LIMITED.
With Unicorn’s establishment, its objective was to provide engineering and technical solutions to clients to be competitive in their respective industry as well as in the international market.
